Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde says she’ll return to the Music Studio Soon
Star performing artist Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has uncovered that she’ll be coming back to the music studio soon.
She made this known in a meeting with Punch’s Ademola Olonilua of Saturday Beats.
Whenever inquired as to whether she’ll return to her music vocation, she stated:
On why she enjoyed a reprieve from Nollywood:
You can call that my first love if you want. I know a lot of people get shocked when I say that I love singing more than acting, but that is just the truth and I would have to speak my truth. I know that people think I have not ‘blown’ (made it big) as a singer so they expect me to just say acting is my love, but I would shock the world soon.
She responded with “Oh! Of course.” when asked if her last statement meant she’ll be returning to the studio soon.
I was concentrating on some different things which depended on building. I felt that it was the opportune time for the partners in the business to start to put resources into the business beside creating films. My first love was not creating motion pictures. I like land and I examined Estate Management. I really do land as a business and I pondered how I could consolidate land and diversion.
That is the thing that I needed to do. I needed to do land in excitement and that is the thing that I fell once more into. I simply need to get properties and start to think about the way toward building silver screens, film studios or film towns.
On how she feels subsequent to winning AMVCA Best Actress:
I can’t catch the manner in which I feel about winning the AMVCA grant in single word. I have an inclination that I have remained away for so long and the undertaking that I took was worth returning for. It was a work of adoration and it was extremely difficult to do that venture. At the present time, it just feels extraordinary that I made the best decision and ideally, I would discover ventures that would move me and would even be superior to that.
